bug solved Jail Evade with Horse | ACv1

After many years of punishing users for abusing an error of the server.. Today, September 11th, 2017. We`ve solved that problem. 

 

I still do not understand why this bug has not been solved before.. We`ve been banning players for evading jail since 2014.. And even long before..

It was so difficult to add a flag to the region to prohibit the appearance of any mob? [/rg flag (region) mobspawning deny]

Instead of banning all players from exploiting the server`s own errors/bugs.. Why are they not solved?
