I have not broken any rules and no warnings were given. I believe the ban was unjust and should result in Don being demoted. He had also kicked many people for no apparent reason prior to having banned me. Check the chat logs for those messages. This is clearly an instance of staff abuse.

I was banned to for the same exact reason

i thaught i was banned for asking some one if they knew how to dupe and if they did i would kick there asses but then i discovered that vons account was hacked into

i was banned as well for doing nothing my name is Atlas014 i was kicked for apparently using loopholes in the rules which i wasnt others were banned for the exact same reason and they didnt do anything plz un ban me i actually like this server

Hello,

 

We had a security breach on the server earlier today which involved alot of damage to the server, mainly they decided to ban random players on the server. You likely being among one of them, I don't see you anymore in the records and their bans have been cleared so your ban should of been aswell.

Sorry for this inconvenience, we do what we can to keep the server safe- but they found a way still.



However, as far as I gather wonov & B1mm3r's bans were legit due to involvements in ancap and the spawn griefing. However I did not perform the bans and were not well informed, so I will leave Quagma or Skilande to adress your appeals.

Well, at least we finally got a response here.

Obviously both of us were in the ancap clan but have no involvement with or prior knowledge of the spawn griefing whatsoever - our bans weren't for spawn griefing either, they were just "Rule 20" - guilt by association???
