When he kicked me out of his team he told me to make my house near his and now he started claiming near my house, literally his chunk and my chunk are attached

It might be helpful add some screenshots to your post as well as a more thorough explanation. As far as him claiming near you, there is a setting in mytown that blocks players from making claims near your own town, the command would be '/town perm toggle nearby'

how can i add screenshots of an other town claim, i can show mine tho

Problem dealt with. Resized the claim's of Zibido and changed both town nearby flags to false.
