Problem in CTW (hacker our DDoS)

Description of the situation: 

The problem is that the person I complain about, ah been pulling CTW games, he enters and says that if there is a hacker we "click". What really happens I suspect, saturates or puts something like bots or does DDoS and causes us lag and ender takes us out of the game and redirects us to the lobby. And since I've come back several game restart, do not let play agusto. It is worth noting that it is true that some of us speak in a bad way, I will not deny it, say warn or ban but at least solve the problem; WratzZ. Waiting for the prompt solution, CTW active users.

Last week it happened too, but I was not sure about who was doing it. It's not DDos, it's a simple command that crashes the minigame.
