Password Reset Request

I joined yesterday for the first time, and I was prompted by a "/password" request to play, but I've never been on the server before as far as I'm aware of. /register also doesn't work, and prompts me as "not needed" when I try to set my password. A moderator pointed me to the forums for a PW Reset. Please reset my PW ASAP, TY.
