Missing Division Sigils

For whomever addresses these issues.  I recently activated 3 Division Sigils, probably Saturday sometime.  After activating them, I used 1 to craft a builder's wand. Then stored the sigils in my ME system inside my base.  I just went to re-make my builders wand, because I lost it in a mishap involving staff removing a dead town.  I was buried in dirt when the base was removed with me inside of it and I lost nearly all the items I had in my inventory including the builder's wand, all I recieved back were 4 resonant strongboxes.  But instead of asking for my items back I decided to move on and I would rebuild my gear and any other items (its part of the game). So now that this has taken far longer than it should to explain this.  I just decided I needed a new Builder's wand and went to my ME to retrieve a Division Sigil to craft one, and they are gone. All three of them.  Two with 256 uses and 1 with 255 left.  I don't usually ask for items back, however, those are a little hard to come by and while not difficult to activate, require some time and effort to make useful.  Please, could someone get back to me about these Items?
