Didn't revieve Sponsor+ money reward

Hello, a few days ago I got my rank transferred from Network to SF3, but I didn't recieve the money award, I thought this was obvious because it was a transfer, but then I saw another transfer and that one did get the award, so I would like to have this Sponsor+ money award, thank you,
