Description of Issue: While my friend _Fishbone_ was in DeepDark he died while '/fly on' because he is [Premium]. Unfortunately when a Premium-Player join a other World, while fly (on), he may die, because Fly will turned automaticly OFF. And _Fishbone_ just died at /spawn.
