Bug for pattern encoder

Description of the Issue: CookieCrafter_LP said that s/he can not make a pattern encoder and i tried and it was showing up but when i clicked it nothing happend

Yes, it's disabled by the modpack creator, use the Pattern Terminal as a replacement
