No, I before update launcher. Maybe I have bad version Java.

Try Updating Java, if that doesn't work it could be one of your java files is corrupt and you will have to uninstall and reinstall. (Had this happen to me.)  The third and final option i have is download Twitch it has support for Minecraft and you can download the modpack through it.
