Description of Issue: i did log off to day and before i did log off i had to move my drives down stairs then i came back online and my drives were gone

Hi, I tried several backup points and none of them have the drives, I think the only way is to refund with items and in-game money lost stuff

Another option is to just make a new topic for a refund request. You;ll have a much higher success rate if you do that over messaging Bruny on discord.
