Description of Issue: Came back to most of my ME drives missing, I did make a rollback request but brunyman rolled it back too far, so I just thought I'd do a refund request for the lost items for the time being.

I don't really know approximately what I lost, due to there being 10+ drives that I lost all 64k full of items, so I'll just list a rough rundown on what I can remember and what is the most important for me.

There may be a lot more lost, as I said there was 10 64K drives full of items, and they were all lost. Also lost a bunch of machines, which I've tried to replace but I lost a lot of the components aswell.

I don't have much more proof of my items than that screenshot showing my base destroyed and some of my ME storage cells gone.

I see that there was a failed attempt at making the rollback but this is too much for us to refund so we are going to have to give the rollback another attempt.

Bruny handels rollbacks and similar topics on Mondays and Fridays.

 

It's also the case because you don't have an exact list we can't refund something that neither you or staff are certain about- possibly exception to this would've been if you had screenshots of your ME system prior to this that showed the exact quantities- it's not that I doubt you but it's the protocol that we follow and if we don't then there will be those who abuse this generosity.

@Henk It would be even more detrimental to do a rollback now as I've severely expanded my base and rebuilt some of the machines and rebuilt *some* of what I lost.
