Gp won't carry over to other dimensions

Whenever I try to use my angel ring in another dimension it doesn't work and says i don't have any gp. But as soon as i warp to my island i have enough gp to fly. I ask players online about this and they all say that gp should carry over to other dimensions. Is there a command to fix this or something?

To go into more depth in what happens, at first when i enter the dimension i can fly but after 30 seconds pass i have no gp to fly

You have to chunkload your GP creating machines (water mill, solar panel or Dragon Egg Mill)

I started putting down chunk loaders but after a while they just disappear and i can't fly in other dimensions again

They disappears intentionally to prevent low tps. Since it's easy to make, why not craft stacks of them and place it down once it gets removes. 

I suggest to put loader/GP production in a chunk that don't have much of machines.
