I dont know other staff but I dont see this enough proof of spawn kill. Do you have more evidence? If someone else agrees with me please close the post.

The first screenshot shows, how he is running back to the red base (his team), i actually think that's spawnkill and he is only running from the spawn of blues, but that's only my opinion.
