Thaumcraft Data Transfer?

Transfer to account: llaya
Server: SkyFactory 2.5
Transfer: LayaElisabeth.thaum

Is it possible to transfer thaumcraft playerfiles from 1 to another account? i don't know if there's more to it than just changing the name before the ".thaum" part.
I noticed that thaumcraft has seperate files for that in files->World->playerdata. If it's not possible to transfer i'll just do all the research again on my new account, no biggie.

Note with the screenshot; i should have deleted all name references to that server (including the adress bar), but if i overlooked something i'm incredibly sorry in advance.

it didn't work.. my llaya thaumcraft is still what it was.
