Rope dart on spawn

So this guy named luis_pvp_2211 picked a fight on me (Assassins gamemode). During the fight I kinda penetrated him with bow and told him -Face the rain"bow"- and went afk for like a min. Then I started to hear hit noises , reopened mc to check and saw this guy spamming rope dart at me trying to kill me while in spawn safe zone.
