Description of the situation : 1. HB to someone in spawn, as you can see, I don't have the exact SS where he throws HB to me, but I have him saying that he threw HB to me (saying he didn't want to hit me, he wanted to hit other person called diegomatrix3000, hope the SS of the conversation are enough! He was also saying thing like: "Do not have faith that you will leave unscathed".  2. Caps

XxNicuxX and 98julian90 punished. I dont see the evidence for hb enough as we cant see the act. I dont know what another staff thinks.
