Description of Issue: I had 2 draconic flux capacitors, each upgraded to draconic rf capacity. I had had them for awhile. When I logged in one time, it had disappeared. 

I do not know exactly what happened, but I believe that the rollback rolled back my inventory to a time when I was charging one of the capacitors. However, it did not roll back the energy infuser that was charging it.
