ME system broken

So i have no idea how this happened but my entire me system is stuff up, whenever i try and connect a cable to it or anything to it for that matter the thing i place down breaks instantly, whenever i try to access a terminal i cannot input or take items out. All crafting terminals are acting like normal terminals and all p2p connections are broken. on a side note my creative energy cell has stopped outputting power AGAIN so there's that as well

actually ignore this i found the problem but the creative cell still isn't working and i have no idea why it keeps breaking, it seems to fix everytime it is broken and replaced but since i cannot do that it is a major problem for me as it is my main power source
