I changed my MC name and lost all my stuff on the server

I've just logged onto the Direwolf20 1.12 server and realized that my name change has registered as a separate account.

My previous name was camthegreat2 and the current Aketra.

is there anyway i can get my claim and inventory back?

p.s. the name change happened before i joined the server, but only refreshed the launcher today
