Hey i donated over 10 € and iam wondering why i did not get promoted i buyed an ae2 kit and 5 K money it would be nice when i get a new rank with plesure vylonsigmaa

i paid the items with my phone so i cant transfer a screenshot on my pc .

the first pack cost 9.99 € and the second 1.99 €

You bought kits, this means you only get those kits, and not a rank. If you wanted to get a rank, you have to donate for a rank (aka buy the rank from the shop).
You don't get a rank because you donated more than 10 euros.
