Please ban Colossal Chests

Lately there has been annoying lag on the server, many people were complaining about the Colossal Chests because some people use them for their Refined Storage, but in fact its causing an enormous amount of lag. Banning them will probably help out a lot.

idea: do not ban them outright. Small colossal chests are fine. I'd like to amend this - only ban colossal chests larger than 5x5x5 - they're fine, honestly, until you get larger than that.
