Crash problem

Everytime im joining the Direwolf20 1.12 server my game crashes. I think that i have something in my inventory that is causing the crash, because the first time that the game crashed i have broken a plant and it gave me food and that was the time i crashed. I am sending crash report too.

For your sake, please check where you are posting in the future, because we would have replied much much sooner to help you out if you had posted in the right place.

I hope you fixed it already, but if you are still having problems with this, just do what i wrote here
