Cant Join, Always Crashes

can anyone tell me a solution to this problem i have, ever time i try to log into the server i load in but see no chunk, then my minecraft freezes and says this      The game crashed whilst ticking block entity
Error: java.lang.StackOverflowError: Ticking block entity

What server are you trying to join?

im trying to join direwolf20 1.12 but everytime i try to spawn in it freezes and gives me that error

(note i used /rtp then it started this mess)

 all the other times i /rtp it never glitched this bad
