The config that comes with the modpack is just completely broken, attached a fixed a config for forestry backpacks (config/forestry/backpacks.cfg)

 

It's basically just a formating error, using itemStacks (deprecated) vs item.stacks and similar,

forestry backpack config doesn't care if the client has same settings, wont cause errors
