Missing Storage Disks

I just logged in (8/17 at 11:30pm EST)  and found all 3 of my Refined Storage 64k Storage Disks gone.  I had over 32,000 items stored there in the first drive.  What can be done?  They were in my Disk Drive at approx. x:2678 z:2952 y:13

 

Also, all of the crafter patterns are missing from all the crafters.
