stop playing for a while and I see that my rank has been removed I want it back never put a range transfer

Don't panic,@shichibukai!

Ranks have been removed of everyone's account due to our updates to 1.13! They should be only missing in Pure Survival, SkyBlock and Hiipo Plot, the servers that were updated to the newest version! Your rank will be re-activated very soon, just be patient.

To better explain why the ranks got removed is that we switched permissions plugins on our newly updated servers- to LuckPerms, when it previously was PermissionsEX. 

 

There is no import and export function for these plugins and in turn we had to recreate all ranks and also re-add the ranks to all the users. Including donators

 

PS: I reactivated the rank on Pure
