Question about ranks

if i buy premium+ is /gm 1 full creative or are restrictions like can't take banned items and stuff

Restrictions are still in place.

Please note you can't drop items to non p+ and above players.

And no selling creative items along with no PvPing players with spawned in Items.

Also: You can't get banned items, or spawn them in at all due to the servers restrictions to make it a fair place for all.
