More on the duct bug

So as you may heard ducts sometimes just stop working for a minute or so. Like everey hour. But when they do that they also do this weird disconnect stuff as well but only in a few chunks. Here are some pictures, i hope they help

The pipes don;t work even if they show like they are connected.

The pipe on the left i broke and replaced after pipes went dead. The one on right is not touched. Still the reactor is not outputing any power.

It usually fixed in a minute when something like this happened but  this time we've been waiting 20 minutes Nothing happens

Problem is caused by massive tps spikes and needs a server restart to get fixed, hopefully now that the modpack got updated it doesn't happen again.
