Description of Issue: I created a wyvern sword and charged it up halfway, I then proceeded to put it in my inventory and continue my other tasks, however the TPS was a bit low. I was then disconnected from the server and was unable to login until they initiated a restart. When I logged in, the sword was gone. I don't understand why but no one in my base has it and it's not in my ME.
