My Chest got cleared

I just put my items into a chest, near my smeltery. After a server restart was everything gone. I have to start completly new, if i dont get it back. I bought premium on this server thought there were no bugs. Pls help

There is info available about the smeltery bug. No other structure or storage should be placed in one chunk with a smeltery, as it can lead to such issues. If you'd like to regain your stuff we can suggest posting a town rollback request, or more specifically, a rollback request for the designated area/chunk.
