server disables crescent hammer?

Me and nightmaredoctor just reached the creative tank stage, and creative tanks are supposed to be unbreakable to everything except the crescent hammer. I confirmed this in singleplayer. On the server however, the crescent hammer does not break creative tanks leaving them unbreakable. It's not the claim, still doesnt work in wilderness. Please either re enable the crescent hammer or add an alternative method of breaking the tanks.
