Lost Items During 16k Cell to 64k Cell Data Transfer Using ME I/O Port Block

Hey guys, I transferred all my items from 16k cells to 64k cells using the ME I/O Port block and lost tens of thousands of my inventory at the end of the process. Is there a known glitch with this block? I've been quarry mining, UU fabricating, mob duplicating, etc... for days! Mostly gone now. Can someone please help investigate what may have happened. I hope it doesn't happen to someone else. Thanks.
