More staff

As you can all see there is more and more greifing happening on the server, could we get more staff of a higher rank on.. like mods or something to help fight against the griefing as helpers cant do anything. mike is a helper and he is always on but he cant do much against these greifers.. as he is helper we need more staff of higher ranks to fight against the greifers

We know there have been reports of griefing lately and we are looking into it.

Please know all our staff are volunteers. If nobody applies to staff on a server, we don't get more staff for it, unless staff from our other servers feel like staffing multiple servers.(Staffing 2 or more servers can take up a lot of time, which is why quite a lot of staff are on 1 server only)
As for higher ranking staff. Helper is a trial rank, judge gets perms to ban players and it's not something we just give to new staff members cause it can do more harm than good sometimes.

We are doing our best to find out who has been causing problems on the server, but mod+ can only do so much to find out who did it, which also means more (higher ranking) staff might not fix the problem.

if staff apps open im always free to start helping.. i am a server dev and i mod on another server soo its not like im unable to

This increase in greifing is getting old.  If it is not possible to add enough staff that you can trust with the permissions, maybe it is time to remove everyone's access to World Edit who is not staff.  That seems to be the mechanism they are using to do this griefing.  It is an additional requested command, so not promised in a rank purchase, and should be able to be revoked.  I know it sucks to "punish" everyone for what could be the actions of a lone jerk, but it has to be better than the constant griefing complaints and the loss of players/donors that continued greifing like this will cost the sever.
