Description of Issue: logged on after server restart and all my ME drives are gone and ME cables are glitched. (Sorry that this the second request in the same day)

Rollback successful as of 10/5/2019 2:58 PM MYT. Cables are reconnected and storage cells are back in the ME drives. Hope this is the last of my stream of island problems.
