Skin Showing Up as Steve

So, I've been having a problem on the Direwolf20 1.7.10 server. My skin shows up as the default Steve skin to other players but shows up as my actual skin to me. My friends and I have found information in the forums for this same issue. I think the server thinks my account is an unauthentic account because it's making me do the /login thing when I join. I'm not sure who to contact to get help so I'm hoping this will work for me so my skin will show up to other players. My username is "polarmeli" and I play on the Direwolf20 1.7.10 server.
