Abuse of lightning

So Pyr0_Teck has been spamming something to do with lightning, which makes these really big flaming guys spawn on a new players base, he is premium plus and has crashed the server multiple times because of the over use of lightning. The community has asked him to stop multiple times and he just don’t seem to care the he is going to get banned for something like this, all he says is “all they will do is ban me and then I’ll be back.” He is making players furious because they can’t play beings the lightning that he uses causes extreme lag. So please do something about this. Don’t let this one guy be the reason for bad ratings and people leaving the server. I also have picture proof of him admitting that he did it.

He also spawned big number of some boss (on the picture) in the house of some  innocent newbie, and made a total wasteland of that place
