Description of Issue: Bought the rank i wanted, waited 15 mins. Didn't show up. its the next day and its still not here.
Time/Date of Purchase (day/month/year): 6/2/2020

I was able to query the transaction, the only information I have is the method of payment is currently pending. (Happens with echeck/paypal) Sometimes will take up to 7 days for the review to be completed. 
@brunyman May be able to offer more insight
