Refund Request due to server rollback

Item Name + ID + Amount: the contents from all my vote crate keys (26 vote keys and 1 legendary keys, can't list all contents that were lost) and the ores from an extend mining trip yesterday evening seem to be gone as well, not sure anything can be done about that. Currency was at 3k, now at 1k

Description of Issue:  server was rolled back 5 hrs due to PSU issues
