Description of what happened: asscake dropped a load of radioactive material at /spawn then claimed there was free loot at spawn, so whoever traveled there, for market, vote crates, or otherwise was killed by the radioactivity.  I am certain this is a violation of rule #8.

Apologies for the delayed response. As this was right before a wipe, we decided not to pursue punishment in this case, but there will be should this happen again.
