[Chisel&Bits] Increase C&B Bag

In mod Chisel&Bits There is a Bag that hold bits while you sculpt. @brunyman please increase "bagStackSize=512" to "bagStackSize=5000". (chiselsandbits.cfg)

This does NOT affect ballance, since it doesn't really matter for gameplay, only for decoration. Also, increasing stack size will result in less accident bits spillage, making server sligtly more stable because there is no stacks upon stacks of bits laying on a ground. Thanks.
