D34DPlayer Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 It happens when you teleport from a different dimension and sadly can't be fixed, about the grave you can either craft it with an enderpeal to get teleported to your grave, or you can leave the coords of the grave here and I'll move it to your island.
