Cows missing

Me and my friend were breeding cows to get the infinity cow, we were breeding to get the last two cows before the infinity cow, and my friend got the stellar alloy cow. My friend says he went away for a bit and came back to the cows all gone even the stellar alloy cow, which we spent 2 days on trying to get.
