Internal Server

Hello

I've been playing on the server for about 2 weeks now.  My game crashed last night and completely quit the FTB launcher.  It crashed right when I had just finished crafting the wireless crafting terminal, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.  I've been trying to log in, but whenever I do I get brought to a menu that says "connection Lost Internal Server Error."  I'm not particularly tech savy so I'm not to sure what to do.  Any help is greatly appreciated and I really want to get back on to play.
