CowGoesBananas Posted March 28, 2020 Share Posted March 28, 2020 Okay, whenever posting a refund/rollback or any other request you are required to follow a set Template for the specific request which you can find in Technical Support section. This is so staff can get all the necessary information in a condensed matter and not have to constantly swivel back and forth asking the player for more information.
