[Refund Request] Server lag during opening of Titan case

Description of Issue: Simply bought some Titan cases with the in game currency (hard to gather together) and the Titan cases I opened just, poofed white smoke and nothing happen. Friend and I searched the base to no avail, and assume it was lost due to server issue as there really is no other explanation.
