Bugged Compact machine

I've made a maximum compact machine so i can make so automation in there but as soon as i entered it i started suffocating and died in there.I came back with chorus fruits so i can phase through what i was suffocating in and the room was filled with barriers blocks and as soon as the chorus fruit effect disappeared it teleported me back to my island and i cannot acces my grave anymore because i die everytime i enter in there.
