Online Chunkloaders not refunded

Good day,

I am moving bases and broke my chunkloader (iron block), but the available chunks did not refund to me. /bcl balance still shows that I am using 81 / 100 chunks. I cannot find a command that works to get rid of those active chunkloaders. Can someone deactivate all currently active chunkloaders for cypherkaldarese on Revelations, or tell me the command to do so? Thanks, I would appreciate being able to chunkload my new base site.

Chunkloader removed, you have access to your full balance again.
If a chunkloader gets stuck again you can try to place an iron block at the same place, using a rod and then selecting to remove.
If that doesn't work you'll have to ask for staff assistance.
