Tier 3 Rocket Schematic not working

Hey...

I'm trying to start up with Fusion Crafting, and to do that I've bought a Tier 3 Rocket NASA Schematic at Spawn.
But I can't process it into Access Cards. Several others have said the same,- and it seems the chematic is kinda broken.

Please assist? This stops me from progressing.
