Fresh Server?

is there any possible way for there to be a server refresh for ddss? like just start up a fresh new world? seeing as new people are coming in and playing ive noticed since ive joined and the mass amount of mega builds that are up, the server is taking a huge hit due to unneeded chunks being loaded constantly with only a handful of people being on.

the last wipe was 7/29/20  prob wont be done untill around them  but i could be wrong but its roughly 10-12 mos before another wipe

Currently we don't have any plans for WIPE, is it needed?

@brunyman what about a wipe for the server? 
The quests are now reset for the 2nd time and there is no one there to take care of it. The chunkloaders at the spawn have not been working for weeks.... 
Many would like to start over on a fresh server! 
The server currently has neither a mod nor helper who could take care of something...

@brunymanlike there is no automatic reset of additional dimensions on the server, is it possible to add an automatic reset once a month for additional dimensions after the wipe?
